Created and preformed as a part of a the workshop 'Tactile eating' this 90 minute performance was meant to be a study of the material, using and approaching more architecturally or painter-like.
Food as a material is interesting since depending on the context these materials can be nourishment, a commodity, art making material or garbage. I was interested in trying to approach them for a purely visual angle. Like a still life with out the painting,
Audiences were free to participate with the table setting - either viewing the materials as food and grabbing a bite or contributing to the art work.

A table can be canvas or pedestal and food can be turned sculpture or landscaping material and then back into food again, on a personal level this work was an eye opening experience on how I could continue exploring the theme of recycling everyday things as well as how I could radically change my approaches.
